Recently, Bluestone Leasing was involved in a total ‘Turn Key Solution’ for a European based company who wanted a prestigious presence in an exclusive area of London. After the initial meeting we discovered that the 6 person satellite office was to be furnished with the latest in design to create an ambient office space, including imported rock from Sweden and bespoke furniture from Italy and Germany at a total cost of over £250,000.

Further discussions were entered into to confirm the funding of the project. The client was extremely interested in utilising our specialist Interiors division to supply the finance for the project.
