Sales Team Co-Ordinator

Job Purpose
- To support and assist the sales team towards achieving and exceed sales targets.
- To assist in administering the front-end sales process.
- Ability to 'close' deals.
Key Responsibilities
- To support external sales staff.
- To liaise with Bluestone Leasing vendors and customers and support the sales process on a day – to - day basis.
- To produce quotations accurately and efficiently to Bluestone Leasing customers and vendors.
- To ensure all paperwork is correct and accurate prior to raising lease documentation.
- To generate credit proposals accurately and in a timely manner.
- To provide management with reporting information on a timely basis.
Skill Requirements Essential/Desirable
- Minimum 2 years B2B telephone sales experience.
- Experience in the financial industry a distinct advantage.
- To be able to work efficiently in a highly pressured sales environment.
- To be very organised and methodical in approach.
- To have a basic appreciation of company financial statements.
- To be proficient and confident working with numbers
