Case Study
A large and diverse group of companies with a significant interest in property development was planning to purchase high quality office furniture for their impressive new head office in the North West. The company had the capital to purchase the building but they wanted to lease the £300,000 of furniture they required, which ranged from a new board room table to a new canteen table. Bluestone were introduced to the company by the furniture supplier and presented the option of leasing the project using our total ‘Turn Key’ solution.
Our Solution
When Bluestone met the client again it emerged that they also wanted to carry out a complete refit of their North East office. We agreed rates for the entire project and then had to co-ordinate both installs simultaneously to ensure that an aggressive timetable was met. As many suppliers were involved in both projects communication with all suppliers involved with both installs was key to make certain there were no delays.
The rate was secured together with a credit line of £750,000, giving the client the flexibility to draw down the finance as and when required.
