Consumer Duty

To ensure we can continue to transact unregulated deals for regulated customers, and to maintain our reputation as an ethical and diverse intermediary, we have decided to remain FCA regulated.

We have updated our documentation to ensure it meets the new Consumer Duty criteria, which dictates that all customers, regulated or non-regulated, should be treated the same with “Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)” running throughout.
