All assets which are financed have to be supported by fully, comprehensive insurance cover. Although the funders can provide this, it is typically not as cost effective as other options.

Often, the excess on most insurance policies carried by public sector bodies already, is much higher than the value of the asset to be covered. For example, if your excess is currently £2,500 and you wish to claim for a £400 laptop, there is no practical cover in place.

We are able to provide you with access to bespoke insurance. Notably these policies are designed for the type of assets you would be leasing and come with zero excess as standard.

Furthermore, if you have mobile devices (such as laptops or tablets), you will also be able to access an enhanced option, Accidental Damage & Full Theft, which covers situations of non-forced entry, such as leaving a device unattended in a public place.

All options are highly cost effective and you can tailor your cover (such as adding a voluntary excess) to suit your needs.

Asset Management

Managing often complex equipment inventories can be a challenge even where resources are not an issue. Our online asset tracking solution keeps you up to date at all times and not just of your leased assets. Purchase order processes and authorisations, release and initiation of purchase orders, tracking and documentation of incoming goods. You will have a constant finger on the pulse of whether your equipment is delivered, installed or defective.
