Vineesh joined Bluestone in 1997, shortly after the business commenced trading. He is a qualified accountant (FCCA) who became Finance Director in 1999, Finance and Operations Director in 2002 and Managing Director in 2005. Vineesh has fulfilled every role in the business as it has grown and developed and therefore has particular expertise in the development of customer and vendor relationships.
He is well known in the leasing industry, particularly for his dancing.
Phillip has many years experience of arranging finance for business acquisitions, restructurings and for cash generation. His experience includes bridging finance, equity fundraisings, secured loans, invoice discounting and cash flow lending in addition to asset finance.
Socially, Phillip is renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of Yorkshire place names.
Jonathan's experience covers advising on and arranging finance for business acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, joint ventures, partnerships and commercial contracts, bringing an additional dimension to Bluestone's services.
His legendary swimming ability has yet to be proven.
Mark joined Bluestone in 2006 as a member of the Accounts Team and quickly progressed to Finance Director. His experience prior to Bluestone covers a number of market sectors; Public Sector, Retail and Haulage. Mark is well recognised in the finance industry and often called upon for his expertise and guidance. Mark is an innovator who is responsible for developing new systems and solutions including our bespoke Touchstone CRM software.
His passion for accounts and the asset finance world is second only to his love of off-roading and pocket watches.
