IT Infrastructure

Background

The Morley Academy is a co-educational secondary school with Academy status for pupils ages 11–19 in West Yorkshire with over 1500 pupils. Recognised by Ofsted as outstanding in every assessment area in 2013, the Academy is committed to providing the very best learning environment for its students.

The school recognised the need to provide the latest technology both to encourage learning and to ensure that pupils are given the best chance to succeed. A large investment in IT architecture, including new servers and Wi-Fi provision, was agreed and the Academy looked for the best solution and the best way to pay for it.

Our Solution

We worked with Morley Academy to make sure that the all of their objectives were met. The funding needed to be fully compliant with government guidelines and deliver against tight deadlines and supplier payment expectations. Being able to spread their costs meant that the Academy was able to deliver the solution that it wanted without compromising due to artificial budget constraints.

"We have worked with Bluestone Leasing over the last 5 years for various projects. The facilities that Bluestone were able to provide us with fitted perfectly with our delivery timescales and the payment structure required. We found that when we approached them with the structure we needed to roll out our IT infrastructure that they were both efficient and innovative with the solution they proposed."
