The business has outgrown their current premises in Central London so they negotiated with their landlords to stay within the same building but to move to a different floor, giving them an extra 3,000 sq feet.

Our Solution

Vibrant decided to lease the project as it made business sense for them to do so. We structured a lease that suited the clients requirements and that also met the needs of the supplier.

"With our business expanding both in revenue and headcount, we had out grown our old offices. We needed a larger, more dynamic office space that could not only cater for the increase in employee numbers but also provide a vibrant, creative and fast moving environment for our staff."

"The first challenge for us was to ensure that day to day operations were not affected by the decision to relocate and therefore leasing the fit out costs was the most viable and business positive approach for us."

"The next challenge was to find a company that understood the specific problems around leasing an office fit-out project. That's where Bluestone Leasing stepped in. They advised us on the best way to structure the leasing while also sourcing market leading rates. They understood exactly how to deal with the challenges and were professional, courteous and consistently kept us up to date with progress."

"We look forward to working with them again in the future."
