Challenge

The business has outgrown their current premises in Central London so they negotiated with their landlords to stay within the same building but to move to a different floor, giving them an extra 3,000 sq feet.

Our Solution

Vibrant decided to lease the project as it made business sense for them to do so. We structured a lease that suited the clients requirements and that also met the needs of the supplier.
